Delivery of goods

SERVISTA & KO Ltd. delivers goods purchased from LORD'S performance www.lordai.lt e-shop throughout the European Union FREE OF CHARGE.

For buyers in other countries of the world who wish to purchase the offered goods, we suggest to check the dimensions of the package and the total weight of the parcel - https://www.sendparcel.com
"Sender" - LITHUANIA, Post Code - 28216;
"Recipient" - your country, Post Code - the postal code of your receiving address.
Alternatively, please contact parts@lordai.lt to clarify the shipping costs.

An invoice will be generated and forwarded to the customer's email address. Once payment has been processed, the order will be dispatched within 1 working day.
The description of each item indicates the estimated delivery time for that item, which is calculated from the confirmation of the order, i.e. when the order has been verified and payment for the goods has been received. You will be notified immediately by e-mail when your order has been confirmed and has been placed, and the scheduled delivery date will be revised.

Delivery charges for international packages.
Packages are usually shipped to most markets around the world within 2 weeks.
This does not include any customs duties or local taxes and charges that are added through customs or postal services.

ATTENTION! We use LP EXPRESS or DHL international shipping services. We, like you, the "customer", depend solely on the reputation of these couriers to deliver your parcels quickly and professionally. We DO NOT INSURE PACKAGES FULLY, if you would like full insurance we can do this at the customer's expense. If the package is reported missing, an insurance claim will be made and we will refund or re-send (if your package was insured). If the parcel is not insured, the customer bears the risk. We are not responsible for the loss of a parcel by couriers or customs.

Problem countries.
Africa; it is often necessary to investigate which courier will take the parcel through customs. You need to know this before dispatch or you will have to go to customs yourself to collect the package.
Bulgaria: parcels are often returned without any explanation.

Acceptance of goods
When accepting or collecting the ordered goods, please check the condition of the consignment(s) and sign the invoice (bill of lading) or any other document of transfer and acceptance. In the event that you notice any damage to the external appearance of the consignment and/or the item(s), or any inconsistencies in the delivery of the item(s) during the handover process, please make sure to note this on the invoice, bill of lading or other handover document, and to draw up a free-form consignment/item(s) damage/inconsistency report in the presence of our representative who delivered the consignment to you. If you fail to do so, we accept no liability for:
1. damage to the goods, provided that such damage is not due to a manufacturing defect;
2. discrepancies in the composition of the goods, provided that such discrepancies can be detected by an external inspection of the goods.
